Yes, I think so.

They were, at one time, but I stopped that following complaints from a 
number of mailing list subscribers, who found them annoying, (as did I).
At the time, I also posted to every one of those forums, advising users 
that they might expect a better quality of support via the ML.  It took 
a while for them to die, but it seems like they eventually have done.

I think there was a fair bit, at one time, but it was hopelessly 
fragmented.  Much of it was of poor quality, or even just downright 
misleading; getting rid of the junk would be good.
