An issue that begins as a feature or support request can evolve
into a patch, new code in the repository, etc.; then, testing
that can produce defect reports. It's better to keep the whole
topic together in a single tracker. It doesn't make much sense
to group topics by the manner in which they began.

And one tracker is easier to search than many.
