It may be Chuck's preferred way, but it isn't mine.  I have "voiced" 
serious reservations here, in the past; I have yet to receive a 
satisfactory response.

I do not like mgwport.  I do not like the structure of the packages 
which Chuck generates with it.  I will not use it myself; neither will I 
require anyone else to do so.  It is *not* a project standard.
