Hi,

I created new autoconf 2.69 packages for msys.
See http://waterlan.home.xs4all.nl/msys/autoconf/

I removed all the debian patches, because they were also not in the 2.69 
version for Debian any more.
So there were no src patches left. This is plain vanilla autoconf.
There was one failing test. See README.
README has been updated.

I wait several days and then I upload these packages to SF.
