I have /usr/src/src/mingw-dist/master where I did a autoreconf.
I have /usr/src/build/mingw-dist/master where I did a
../../../src/mingw-dist/master/configure --prefix=/mingw && make.
With each change to mingw32/mingw32-runtime I went back to
/usr/src/build/mingw-dist/master and did make.
