I've corrected one or two obvious typos, and made some grammatical
adjustments.

I'd like to give some more thought to the WSL section; I'll post back
here, if I think there may be some more appropriate wording.

According to the COPYING and CYGWIN_LICENSE files, in the profile
sub-directory of the wsl/mingwrt source code, yes, it is GPLv2.  I've
added clarification to this effect.
