The issue I have is in reverting the doc is still installed; the 3.x versions do not have this file. Also the lic file was not installed which is why I created the class="lic" data. Instead of wsl_rc-testing, I decided on wsl_rc-test-on and instead of wsl_rc-revert, I decided on wsl_rc-test-off. I think these are more idiomatic with what is trying to be done.
