My choice of names was completely arbitrary; if you prefer these 
alternatives, that's fine by me.

 From the CLI:

   mingw-get remove mingw32-mingwrt-doc

or use the GUI.  In either case, you need to do it while the temporary 
catalogue is still in place.

Again, while the temporary catalogue is in place, you could either use 
the GUI, or from the CLI:

   mingw-get licence mingw32-mingwrt

to save a copy in CWD, or:

   mingw-get install mingw32-mingwrt-lic

to install a copy into the documentation tree.  Alternatively, for an 
automatic installation, you could consider adding a "requires" hook for 
the "lic" component package to your wsl_rc-test-on meta-package spec.
