From the CLI: mingw-get remove mingw32-mingwrt-doc or use the GUI. Again, while the temporary catalogue is in place, you could either use the GUI, or from the CLI: mingw-get licence mingw32-mingwrt to save a copy in CWD, or: mingw-get install mingw32-mingwrt-lic to install a copy into the documentation tree.
