-march=i686 is minimum for GCC ada

I ran into some undefined symbols with march=i386 and found the
following issue on GCC bugs database.

This means the default needs to be i686 or some changes need to happen
with GCC.  I also happen to know of another project that doesn't
support i386 any longer.  Is it worth keeping i386 for the up and
coming release?

I originally built GCC 4.8.1 as --host=i686-pc-mingw32
--build=i686-pc-mingw32.  I changed it to --host=mingw32
--build=mingw32 which caused i686 to become i386 and then ada reared
its ugly head at me.  Thoughts?
