In my build tree, i do have the corresponding DLLs and import libraries =

in gcc/ada/rts.

I see the same conditional attempts. ( I am looking at the results of
"make install-strip", so some parts are different) In my case they succeed,
since I do have the pieces that your build tree does not have.

I do not have that.

Does your build tree contain gnatdll.exe?  if not, the patch that enables
its construction may not have happened. If it does exist, does your install
log show an attempt to install it? =


In my install-strip log,   a set of twelve gnat tools (gnatbind, gnatchop, =

gnat, etc are installed  in a loop; a few lines down, I see gnatdll.exe ins=
talled
separately.
