Further investigation reveals that, at some point in the build phase, a 
symbolic link has been created at $top_builddir/gcc/ada/standard.ads.h; it 
refers to non-existent $top_srcdir/gcc/ada/standard.ads.h, and the "cannot 
stat" issue arises when attempting to resolve that symbolic link during 
the install (or install-strip) phase.
