Due to changes to the administrative infrastructure for SourceForge 
hosted mailing lists, introduced by SourceForge during 2017, we, the 
Project Administrators, have concluded that this list no longer offers 
a satisfactory mechanism for communication among contributors to the 
MinGW.org Project.  Consequently, we have decided to adopt an 
alternative service for such communication, in the future.

Participation in this new communications service will be strictly by 
invitation only.  If you are a MinGW.org Project contributor, and you 
wish to continue to participate in project development, you MUST also 
participate in this new communications service.  Please send an e-mail 
to mingw-users-owner-5NWGOfrQmneRv+LV9MX5uipxlwaOVQ5f@public.gmane.org, giving us your own e-mail 
address, (not a SourceForge redirecting alias), so that we may invite 
your continued participation.  Additionally, if you have not actively 
contributed to the project, during the 2017 calendar year, please 
indicate the extent to which you plan to contribute in future, as 
this may influence our inclination to invite your continued 
participation in project activity.

Do please note that simply replying to this message will NOT earn you 
an invitation to participate in the new service; you MUST provide the 
requested information in a private message to mingw-users-owner.
