I recompiled the old gcc-3.4.4 and libiconv-1.13 for the new runtime
as it turned out some exports from iconv where missing in the old one
causing incorrect runtime compilation if it picked up iconv. Gcc-3.4.4
i done to see if did any difference so far nothing weird but it works
fine.

i made  folder for Msys2 stuff on my server. You can find new builds
etc there.
