msys.bat on windows 2008 r2

I am newbie of mingw-msys.
When i run shortcut : Start -> All Programs -> MinGW -> MinGW Shell :
MSYS.bat run well.
But when i create new shortcut in D:\MinGW with target :
D:\MinGW\msys\1.0\msys.bat and start in : D:\MinGW\msys\1.0\bin, this
shortcut don't work. When run it there is alot cmd.exe in task manager
process.

Please help me. Thanks in advance
