sorry, I just lifted this from geOShell's sources. Making MONITORINFOEX 
derive from MONITORINFO was necessary for a file to compile (and makes for 
cleaner support for both in the same function), but you (I?) can correct 
this to a more portable version, and fix geOShell instead - I have no 
problem with that

I don't think I will second you with this. I've been successfully and 
proudly hiding my true name for years, and I want to continue doing so, 
until legally bound to do otherwise (but my country's laws recognize 
nicknames as valid handles for people, as long as they can be tracked 
univocally to one subject - and I am the only "KJK::Hyperion" I know of)
