Hi,

I'm using MinGW as a cross compiler (running on Linux) to build
Wine regression tests. This works fine, except that MinGW misses
an import library for one of the DLLs (that have a regression
test in Wine): urlmon

This patch adds an import lib for urlmon to to the w32-api package.
