I have 2 new headers I want to add before this release also if there is still time. w32api does
not have a fci/fdi.h for cabinet support. We are now able to build cabinet.dll with the Mingw
headers if we use these two from the winehq source tree and the author as agreed to let me take
the headers as public domain.

I will submit them tonight.

Thanks
Steven
