Cabinet and DirectX SDK for Mingw

Hello,
I have been meaning to ask this for a while and the recent questions about my cabinet headers made
me think about it. Will mingw accept a directx sdk package as you accepted the ddk? We (ReactOS
Project) will need to port the WINE DirectX support and other developers of mingw would be able
develop directx apps without needing the MS SDK. If so the WINE developers I have spoken with on
IRC seem interested in cleaning the directx support up to support ReactOS and Windows.
