Re: [Mingw-users] A Mingw32 runtime library independent of MSVCRT.DLL

I have submitted a patch to SourceForge in patch request #573768. Please 
apply the patch called mingwweb.diff in that request. I want it to be 
publicized to Mingw32 users.
