Compile glibc with mingw

Hello, Can you please provide the steps required to create glibc binaries with Mingw ? I found the following link: http://www.mingw.org/wiki/Bootstrapping_GLIB_with_MinGW But I did not understand it. - cd /path/to/libffi/source - mkdir bld - cd bld - ../configure --prefix=/mingw - make && make install How can I launch "configure" under windows ? If you know where can I get prebuilt glibc for windows, this will be great.
