Problem: CreateProcess: No such file, gcc (i686-posix-dwarf-rev0, Built by MinGW-W64 project) 8.1.0

I can't seem to get around this problem:

There is a directory in /lib/gcc/ but it is*_[i686-w64-mingw32]_*

I don't know much about this, but this doesn't seem right.  Any help 
would be appreciated.
