Well, the five packages indicated in the latter screen-shot are all
designated as "meta" packages, so they don't actually install anything.
However, there is no package, within the entire corpus of packages
listed in the current online catalogue, which declares a dependency on
any of those five.

Unfortunately, you do not show us enough to be able to offer any further
diagnosis.  Did you update your local catalogue?  Please show us:

  * What version of mingw-get you are using.
  * Where that version believes that its online catalogue resides.
  * What version of GCC it believes to be most recent.
