You already did ... same one twice.  Eli also did ... two separate, and distinct questions, neither of which is in any way related to yours, yet you've responded to both of his, complaining that he has not answered yours, (which was never his intention).

You simply need to exercise patience, and hope that someone might offer you an answer ... just as Eli is doing.  However, I would suggest that Eli is more likely to have his questions answered, because he has given us sufficient detail to which we might respond, whereas my crystal ball offers no useful insight into possible causes of your problem.
