Since wchar.h has changed, to not generate __msvcrt_*, or __mingw_*
references, a complete recompilation would be indicated.  However, since
this libmingwex.a retains the aliased references, you may get away with
just a fresh link ... but that may just be putting off the day when a
full recompilation eventually does become necessary.
