Download failure for wsl 5.4

I got a popup error box when I tried to upgrade:

http://osdn.net/dl/mingw/wapi-5.3.4-mingw32-dev.tar.xz: opened with unexpected sataus: code = 404 
please report this to the mingw-get maintainer
Get package:
http://osdn.net/dl/mingw/wapi-5.3.4-mingw32-dev.tar.xz: download failed

I closed it and then got this in the update summary:
