Does someone want to recommend to me a sound card that will provide me with at least the following: - 1+ digital inputs (stereo) - 1+ digital outputs (stereo or more) - line-level analog in and out (stereo or more) - ALSA support - a price tag that won't break the bank Also, I'm heartened to see traffic on the list...I had been messing around with OCTAL but I only have so many hours in the day free to play with it. Could we set up some sort of code-exchange system (i'm thinking about the site on subversions.gnu.org right now) so that some of these things that people have been doing can actually be shared with others? -m
