[bug #67974] Crash when plotting under Wayland with proprietary OpenGL driver

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #67974 (group octave):

I built and tested Octave 11.0.92 in up-to-date Fedora 43 KDE/Wayland and it
id running correctly with respect to this issue.  The correct version of
OpenGL is being used and in my testing there have been no errors/warnings nor
crashes.
