[bug #68028] (image) Deprecation Warning when building image package under version 11.0.92

Meanwhile, an update:

I have added to configure.ac the lines

INCLUDE_DIR=`${MKOCTFILE} -p OCTINCLUDEDIR`
CPPFLAGS="$CPPFLAGS -I$INCLUDE_DIR"

AC_CHECK_HEADERS([mappers.h])

and now, the configure script identifies the existence of mappers.h, 
but HAVE_MAPPERS_H is not defined in Makefile.
What should I do to have it defined?
