Follow-up Comment #102, bug #45833 (group octave):
The Savannah bug that prevented downloading attachments has been fixed by the
Savannah maintainers (Ineiev).
The patch in comment #97 has an odd formatting. E.g., any reference to the
name of the changed file is missing.
But even after fixing that, it didn't build with that patch.
I think I fixed the build issue.
I'm still not certain whether we actually need these changes on the stable
branch (given how the "function_handle_workspace" object is currently being
loaded there). But I think that these changes don't hurt either.
It would be nice to have different example .mat files with these versions of
the filesystem wrapper to be a bit more certain that these changes are doing
the right thing.
Anyway, I added a commit message using parts of your latest patch in bug
#67964 and pushed it to the stable branch (hg id 179a568f0b0b).
