Follow-up Comment #10:

I applied the extra_headers_100.diff.gz patch.  It passed "make check" so I
added a message and committed it under Dmitri's name.  See cset ca123d0ca97c.

Does anybody want to do more work on removing extra #includes, or should I
close this report?
