[bug #68040] mkoctfile compatibility with mex

Follow-up Comment #2:

The documentation between *mkoctfile* and *help mkoctfile* has gotten out of
sync.  *mkoctfile*, for example, has *-n* option which isn't listed in the
help from within Octave.

I changed the Release to Stable because the documentation changes should be
made to that branch.
