[bug #48564] Octave does not accept "1 / ND array", "mrdivide (1, ND array)", "mldivide (ND array, 1)"

Follow-up Comment #10:

checking in matlab 2025a and Octave 11.0.93, original reported behavior is
unchanged. 

attached patch addresses mrdivide issue but not mldivide, and stil needs
doc/tests.  changing status to In Progress.
