since 11.0.92, webread fails with an error:
error: octave_base_value::convert_to_str_internal (): wrong type argument
'<unknown type>'

example:

url="https://savannah.gnu.org/";
response=webread(url);

error: octave_base_value::convert_to_str_internal (): wrong type argument
'<unknown type>'

on 10.0.3 it executes with no errors.
