I have a function that creates a figure with two (side-by-side) axes; the axes
on the right is a bar chart (it uses the bar function).  However, I believe
the bar function alters the axes position; specifically, it sets the axes
Position to the DefaultAxesPosition.

The attached function shows the bug.  Run it as

octave_bar_bug(false)

to see how the figure should look.  Then close the figure and rerun as 

octave_bar_bug(true)

Notice that the right hand side axes has been moved and is now over the top of
the left hand side axes.
