[bug #68096] exp with quaternion=0 get NaN

There are similar issues with `log.m` and `unit.m`
Fixed files are attached.
(file log.m)
(file unit.m)

In the log.m I also replaced `FIXME` with a note explaining the behavior. May
be this not should go into `help` section?
