[bug #68101] Missed error with missing tilde in function output

FWIW, the Matlab docs (see
https://nl.mathworks.com/help/matlab/matlab_prog/ignore-function-outputs.html)
only mentions tildes and no empty placeholders.  So AFAICS this is
undocumented Matlab.

Matlab doesn't accept that either.

I don't have a TMW account anymore so can't enter a bug report with them,
maybe some Matlab user here would like to do that?
