[bug #68123] det is not accurate

This  is not a bug in octave.
This is an adversary example (designed to fail) to test double-precision math.

Try `symbolic` package instead:

octave:8> pkg load symbolic
det(sym(A))
Symbolic pkg v3.2.2: Python communication link active, SymPy v1.14.0.
ans = (sym) 106686720
