[bug #68150] Axis labels should be displayable also for invisible axes objects

I asked on Discourse Help section for a test of Matlab behavior.  See
https://octave.discourse.group/t/help-w-matlab-compatibility-of-xlabel/7437.

Apparently, Matlab does not change label "visible" property when switching
views from 2-D to 3-D.  That could make the code simpler.  Instead of
detecting the transition between views and adjusting visibility of label
objects, we can just leave them alone.
