[bug #55659] s_idx output of ismember uses last occurrence when there are duplicates, Matlab uses first

Can we go ahead and apply the m-file workaround so that *s_idx* returns the
first occurrence instead of the last one?

We could also introduce an 'first'/'last' extension similar to the *unique*
function to allow users to specify which index they are after.
