This patch adds a test to verify that ode45 correctly returns the solution 
at specified intermediate time points in the TRANGE vector.

This is the migration of GitHub PR #56 as requested by @kolmanthomas. 
The original PR was created on the GitHub mirror but the official 
development happens on Savannah.

The test verifies:
- All intermediate times are returned correctly
- Solution matrix has correct dimensions  
- Initial condition is preserved

Patch generated from Mercurial changeset d890ed2dd93b.
