I'll try to build asap.
Don't know where to add the warning ID in the docs. cc'ing Rik, I guess he'll
know.
Setting some fields:
Status -> "Patch submitted"
Operating system -> "Any" as you've seen it on Ubuntu.
Item group -> "Performance"

Title adapted (still long but hopefully more to the point - suggestions for
improvement welcome)
