[bug #68243] copyfile does not create nested destination

Follow-up Comment #1:

Confirmed.  The same behavior also exists with *movefile*.

I changed both functions to create any required intermediate directories in
this changeset https://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/828d8c34f3b7.
