Good morning everybody :

Hereafter a new short report about how I guess I fixed this bug for Octave.

Tested with GNU Octave v. 11.1.0.

So, remind these IT details :
OS : MacOS Monterey (12.7.5)
Compilers : GNU cc 16.2.0 (last version today : 2026-05)

My new report is :
- BLAS/LAPACK from netlib : FAILED ;
- framework Accelerate : FAILED
- OpenBlas (which includes both BLAS and LAPACK : successfully installed with
the 120 tests all passed) : SUCCESS.

Octave 11.1.0 opens, and the first tests I found in its user guide work.

Besides, Appl Clang seems not compiling : GCC v. 16.2.0 compiles Octave.
