Using Flatpak version.

For some time now I've been using the GUI by detaching the command window and
the workspace window from the main GUI and placing them around the screen. In
order to fit on my screen, I resized the windows. This configuration has,
until recently, been restored when I start Octave.

With 11.1.0 the command window and the workspace window settings (size and
position) are restored. The main GUI window position is correct but the size
is wrong.

Obviously I can resize the window each time I use Octave but I fear it will
get annoying. Any chance you could fix this?

The Ubuntu repositories don't have 11.1.0 hence I'm using Flatpak.
