[bug #68396] dbstop and dbstatus do not yet work with private functions

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #68396 (group octave):
Where I wrote in comment #1 "... Another observation: after opening a private
function in the GUI editor e.g., through the editor's File | Open menu ...":
It isn't even needed to open a private file explicitly, it just suffices to
step through a function until it calls a private file, step into it and then
try to set a breakpoint there.
(having preference "Always show debug breakpoints and pointers (opens related
file if closed)" in the Edit tab in Preferences pane is required.)
