larger graphics overhaul, see:

A subset that addresses missing "fleur" (and changes other icons according to
Comment 3) is 
(file icons_diff_20260526_100.txt)

The big diff also fixes get/set problem, but since it is done on top of other
changes to graphics.cc etc... it is harder to extract a clean diff for it.
