[bug #68347] Main GUI window does not remember previous size

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #68347 (group octave):

The problem seems to be that the file
~/.var/app/org.octave.Octave/config/octave/octave-gui.ini
is deleted and immediately recreated every time the main Octave windows is
closed.
