Follow-up Comment #16, bug #32168 (group octave):

Pascal Dupuis (former maintainer) removed from cc list.

I'm unsure what to do with this report.  Apparently very few, if any, people
use the dataframe package and no one wants to pick up maintenance.  So maybe
it should just be closed with "won't fix".
