By applying the patch and building Octave. Not something that average Octave
users do :-)
Hopefully one of the core devs will pick up; all I can do is change the bug
status to "Patch Submitted".
As this is a parser issue and Dmitri has already reproduced it on Linux I've
also set Operating System to "Any".
