Can not enter not Latin letters in the Command Window

Hi,

After entering special characters "ąčęė" (LIT - Lithuania language keybord; keys 1,2,3,4) in the Command Window, Octave (v6.2.0) gets stuck.

Entering these characters in Command Window separately they does not display properly but Octave continues to work.

These special characters outputs well to the Command Window if they outputs by runing script.

OS - Win10.
